Verse for the month- March 2016

Sooooooooo… big sorry everyone, I haven’t been around much lately, I’ve been super busy and the blog has taken a bit of a back seat.  On the plus side though, I’ve found a really cool verse for this month, even though its already most of he way through the month and all bible verses are really cool…

So this months verse is Matthew 19v26, which reads:

Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

Matthew 19v26 (NIV)

Now I just want to say that this is a great verse just to read.  But if you sit back and think about it, we realise just how true it is.  Now I’m basing this on the assumption that everyone has struggles in their lives.  I’m sure that if you sat back and though hard enough you could think about a time where you have struggled, be it big things or small things.  Now that your thinking about that moment in your life, did you involved God in that struggle?  Did you try it on your own for a while or did you just bring God straight in?  I reckon that now your thinking about this, shortly after you brought God into the equation, the issue sorted itself out, it went away.  That is when we do somethings, it is impossible.  However because God is so much bigger and incomprehensible than anything we could describe, he can do anything, he makes all things possible, he beat death, he rose again, but don’t let that put you off.  Just because there is something small in your life and you think ‘God won’t be interested’ or ‘its not worth asking for’, let me tell you God fixes it big or small, he is there for you and he loves you because he made you and he knows you and you are going to do some amazing things with his grace, his power and his love.

God Bless
